• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students in the secondary / lower secondary level.
• Implement the school's curriculum effectively, incorporating relevant resources, technology, and instructional strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.
• Utilize a variety of assessment methods to evaluate student progress and provide timely and constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
