Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Teach English language and literature courses to secondary level students
Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments
Engage students in interactive and innovative learning methods
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Assist in curriculum development and revision
Collaborate with other teachers to plan and implement cross-curricular activities
Monitor student progress and provide feedback and support as needed
Communicate with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns
Participate in school events and activities as required
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance and grades
Attend faculty meetings and professional development sessions

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in English with a focus on Education
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level
Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of and familiarity with the secondary level English curriculum
Energetic, progressive, and cooperative attitude towards teaching
Strong classroom management skills
Ability to motivate and engage students in the learning process
High moral values and a passion for education
