Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Assist students in achieving their desired scores in IELTS and PTE through structured teaching, personalized guidance, and continuous assessment.
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality IELTS and PTE training sessions (Academic & General).
Develop lesson plans, study materials, mock tests, and practice exercises aligned with current exam formats.
Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and progress evaluations.
Provide detailed feedback to students on speaking, writing, listening, and reading modules.
Guide students on exam strategies, time management, and score improvement techniques.
Maintain accurate attendance records and student performance reports.
Support students with exam registration procedures and test-day guidance.
Motivate and mentor students to build confidence and improve overall English proficiency.
Coordinate with education counselors regarding student progress and readiness for exam booking.
Stay updated with the latest IELTS and PTE exam patterns, scoring criteria, and policy changes.
Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
Ensure professional conduct and student confidentiality at all times.

4 Year Bachelors especially in Business, Accounts and Finance. But any fields of study can apply.
