Job Description: 

We are looking for a talented and experienced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to implement effective strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our clients' websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and monitor effective SEO strategies across various platforms.
• Perform ongoing keyword research, expansion, and optimization.
• Analyze website and social media pages, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor and analyze SEO statistics such as redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs.
• Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click-through rates, traffic, and conversions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality content that drives organic traffic.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and work with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and landing pages for search engine visibility.
• Build and execute link-building strategies to improve site authority.
• Utilize various tools and analytics platforms to measure, track, and report on SEO performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications.
• Knowledge of local SEO strategies and best practices.
• Familiarity with other aspects of digital marketing (e.g., PPC, social media marketing).
