Education Level : Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/Ib)
Experience Required : More than 2 years
Other Specification
  • Qualifications : Intermediate/Bachelor Degree in Science/Medical related subjects or BBS/BBA with work experiences in Medical Sectors
  • Experience : Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience as Scrub Technician engaging various type of Surgery Cases in Hospitals/Clinics throughout Nepal.
  • In-depth understanding of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and operating room protocols.
  • Knowledge of surgical instruments, equipment, and their uses. 
  • Proficient in sterilization techniques and procedures to maintain a sterile environment in the operating room.
  • Ability to set up, operate, and maintain surgical equipment. 
  • Collaborate effectively with surgical teams, including surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists.

NOTE :

  • Salary & Perks :  Negotiable depending on experiences of Candidates as per the positions mentioned above. The Salary and Perks shall not be constraint for the right candidates.
  • All candidates must have compulsarily own 2 Wheelers with updated Licenses

Job Description

  • Be involved  in various Surgery Cases  maintaining professional relationships at all levels coordinating with Doctors/Hospital Management in Hospitals /Clinics throughout Nepal. 
  • Promote various Surgery equipment, consumable items as required in coordination with Hospital Management/Doctors, negotiate & finalization of costs for the cases, payment follow ups, prepare Quotations in coordination with concerned department heads at Office, 
  • Travel for case management, maintain very cordial atmosphere both with clients/Hospitals/Clinics promoting further Case related services, 
  • Maintain inventory of goods/consumable items for each & every Surgery Cases, keep proper documentations, 
  • Obtain balance confirmation papers, maintain payment ageing limits avoiding default scenario and be involved in all other related Surgery Cases as per direction by the Management.
