Roles and responsibilities of this job

TM Studio / Think Move Solutions is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Scriptwriter / Copywriter to develop engaging scripts, ad copies, social media content, website content, campaign concepts, and brand communication materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Write scripts for Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, brand videos, advertisements, explainer videos, testimonial videos, and promotional content.
Develop compelling hooks, voiceovers, dialogues, scene breakdowns, text overlays, and call-to-action messages.
Create engaging copy for social media captions, digital advertisements, websites, landing pages, brochures, and marketing campaigns.
Generate creative content ideas and campaign concepts for clients across different industries.
Write content in English, Nepali, and Roman Nepali based on campaign requirements.
Understand client briefs, target audiences, products, services, and brand positioning.
Collaborate with designers, video editors, social media managers, SEO specialists, and performance marketing teams.
Simplify technical, business, or service-related topics into engaging and audience-friendly content.
Research competitors, industry trends, viral content formats, and emerging content opportunities.
Revise and refine content based on internal reviews and client feedback.
Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and communication across all platforms.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Nepali.
Excellent storytelling and creative thinking abilities.
Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Ability to write short-form video scripts with strong hooks and effective CTAs.
Strong copywriting skills for advertisements, campaigns, social media, and branding materials.
Understanding of branding, digital marketing, and audience behavior.
Strong research, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude toward feedback and revisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in Scriptwriting, Copywriting, Content Writing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Experience writing scripts for Reels, advertisements, explainer videos, and brand campaigns.
Basic understanding of video production, visual storytelling, voiceovers, transitions, and content structure.
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
Previous experience working with creative agencies, marketing agencies, or multiple brands will be an added advantage.
