Job Specifications:

On-Camera Presence:

• Ability to present content confidently, engagingly, and professionally.
• Comfortable speaking clearly and fluently in front of a camera.
• Demonstrated charisma and the ability to connect with an audience.

Script Writing:

• Proficiency in writing scripts that are clear, concise, and engaging.
• Understanding of narrative structure and storytelling techniques.
• Ability to adapt writing style to suit different video formats (educational, promotional, informative, etc.).

Video Production Knowledge:

• Familiarity with video production processes and equipment.
• Understanding of editing and post-production workflows (optional but beneficial).
• Knowledge of visual storytelling principles.

Research and Content Development:

• Strong research skills to gather information and data for scripts.
• Ability to brainstorm creative ideas for video content.
• Capability to adapt to various topics and industries.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• A degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field is often preferred but not always required.
• Courses or certifications in video production, screenwriting, or broadcasting can be beneficial.

Experience:

• Prior experience as a video presenter, host, or journalist is advantageous.
• Professional experience in script writing for videos, television, or online platforms.
• Portfolio or demo reel showcasing on-camera work and script samples.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creativity and the ability to think visually.
• Strong storytelling abilities with a knack for engaging audiences.
