Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Grade Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the overall development of students at the assigned grade level.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver lessons according to the curriculum for the assigned grade
Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment
Assess and monitor students’ academic progress and provide feedback
Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive behavior
Prepare teaching materials and use innovative teaching methods
Organize classroom activities, projects, and grade-level events
Communicate effectively with parents about student progress
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities
Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field (B.Ed. preferred)
Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience at primary/grade level (freshers with strong skills may apply)
Strong knowledge of curriculum and teaching methodologies
Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching
Basic computer skills (MS Office, educational tools)
