Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and result-oriented English Teacher to join the academic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, effective teaching methodologies, and the ability to guide and motivate students toward academic excellence and overall language development.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English to +2 level students effectively using appropriate teaching methodologies and classroom techniques.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, presentations, and examination materials as per academic requirements.
Conduct regular assessments, evaluations, and monitor student progress and performance.
Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students for language improvement and examination preparation.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and engaging classroom environment.
Support students in board examination preparation and academic development activities.
Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and institutional programs.
Maintain proper academic records, attendance, and student performance documentation.
Coordinate with school administration and faculty members for smooth academic operations.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, English Literature, Education, or related field
Prior teaching experience at the +2 level preferred
Strong command of the English language, grammar, literature, and communication skills
Excellent teaching, presentation, and classroom management abilities
Ability to motivate, mentor, and engage students effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills
Commitment toward academic excellence and student development
Ability to work collaboratively within an academic environment
