Roles and responsibilities of this job

United School, a pioneer educational institution located in Imadol, is seeking a dedicated, multitasking, and flexible Executive Assistant (Female) to support the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct administrative and executive support to the Board of Directors.
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and schedules.
Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action points.
Draft official memos, circulars, and correspondence.
Coordinate board-level communications and documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
Support smooth coordination between management, administration, and board members.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Required Age:More than 30 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in school administration.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail).
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic academic environment.
Age should be 30 or above and owning a personal vehicle with a license is also preferred
