Function

Provides expertise in developing cost/resource-loaded schedules in both MS Project and Oracle Primavera in a multi-project environment. Serves as primary liaison to client team and contractors in developing and managing schedules consistent with client’s schedule management strategy.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or a related field
• At least 10 years demonstrable experience with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and document controls for infrastructure projects, preferably in the energy sector, including experience on donor-funded programs
• Managed project controls on at least one (1) program or several programs containing multiple contracts
• Expertise in developing cost/resource-loaded schedules in both MS Project and Oracle Primavera in a multi-project environment
• Proven team player capable of working with a team of multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural specialists 
• Excellent written/communication skills in English
