Duty Station: Kathmandu with 50% field visits to remote project areas

Qualification and work experiences:

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Management with 10-year experiences or Master Degree with three-year experiences in NGO management, project planning, and implementation
• Skill, knowledge, and experience in project planning, implementation, monitoring and coordination
• Training on Project Planning and Monitoring and Advocacy skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English

Main Responsibilities:

• Planning, follow up and monitoring of NGO solidarity projects activities in 11 hilly and remote districts of Nepal
• Prepare periodic reports and submit to funding partners
• Design and facilitate NGO management and PME training as per project needs
• Follow up and monitor project activities in project areas
• Prepare project proposals in English for national and international donors
• Coordinate with key stakeholders for project execution
