Job Description

Create and maintain customer records, updating details when contacts change or when customers request place order
Maintain a log of any customer problems or complaints on the record so that sales representatives and managers have a complete picture of the customers' interactions with the company
Provide technical support to the customers and resolve their addressed issues on time
Deal with complaints or doubt to safeguard the company's reputation
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
