Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Interact with customers in a pleasant manner during morning (6 AM - 11 AM) and evening (5:30 PM - 8:30 PM) shifts.
Maintain accurate records of daily cash transactions.
Ensure a clean and hygienic environment at the outlet.
Monitor and manage stock levels of all dairy products.
Maintain comprehensive records in daybooks and ledgers.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

+2 or Bachelors' degree in Business and Administration or related field.
Pleasant personality with good customer service skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions.
Prior experience in a retail or customer service role preferred.
