Job Description

Lead and oversee all support functions related to house resource management, data analysis, file administration, expense tracking, and project development to ensure smooth sales operations and strategic alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise updating and maintenance of property price lists and project databases.
  • Monitor construction progress and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure accurate control and allocation of house resources.
  • Oversee collection, organization, and analysis of sales data.
  • Provide actionable insights to support sales strategy adjustments.
  • Ensure timely drafting and archiving of agreements and contracts.
  • Maintain compliance and accuracy in documentation processes.
  • Review and analyze sales costs and cost-effectiveness ratios.
  • Coordinate commission ledger reconciliation with Finance.
  • Drive initiatives to develop new house resources based on market and customer analysis.
  • Identify priority projects for promotion in each phase.
  • Provide administrative support for the sales team (business cards, address book updates, etc.).
  • Organize training sessions on market trends and best practices.
