Kwality Ice Cream is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to oversee and drive sales operations within the Food Service and Modern Trade (FS-MT) channels. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales representatives, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets to support the growth of Kwality Ice Cream in the market.

Reports to: Country Manager

Responsibilities:

Identify and set up new outlets for Frozen Section-Mass Trade (FS-MT) in accordance with company standards.
Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional offers to increase sales and market penetration.
Coordinate with the Head Office (HO) for timely ice cream dispatch and ensure optimal stock levels at all outlets.
Work with HO regarding freezer requirements, equipment repairs, branding materials, and sales support.
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for FS-MT stores.
Ensure the smooth operation of FS-MT stores and general trade activities.
Maintain good relationships with retail staff to secure more orders.
Coordinate contract/agreement negotiations with clients.
Regularly report to the Country Manager on sales performance, stock levels, and any operational issues.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software.
