Job Description

Updating the ticketing system; which include activation, deactivation, renew of subscription, package updates, payment verification and all other task under ticketing system.
Dealing with customer regarding payment and other queries.
Departmental communication via phone, email and other means of communication.
Forwarding the messages to concern department to complete the task via tickets, email and other means.
Perform duties as per assigned by immediate supervisor/HOD/VP.
