Roles and responsibilities of this job

Arya Pharma is seeking highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospitals within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Regularly visit and maintain strong relationships with assigned stockists and chemists.
Generate secondary sales by ensuring product availability and promoting company brands.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Collect orders from stockists and chemists and ensure timely execution.
Ensure proper product visibility and implementation of promotional activities at chemist shops.
Coordinate with stockists to ensure adequate inventory and uninterrupted product supply.
Submit daily call reports, tour plans, expense statements, and other required reports on time.
Travel within the assigned headquarters and surrounding territories as required.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales will be an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
