With more than 20 years in the field of Industrial & Medical Gases and Welding Equipments, the journey first began with Baba Gas Suppliers in Butwal with Main Client being NEA Kaligandaki Hydro Power Project. Simultaneously, another branch named Bagmati Gas Suppliers was established in Kathmandu to cater the needs and demands of the Capital’s market. Bagmati Gas Suppliers dealt with Hydropower Projects viz. Trishuli, Madhya Marsyangdi, Bhotekoshi, Chili me, etc. Bagmati Gas Suppliers solely supplied the gases and were the major suppliers of Welding equipments to all the projects. After reaching the heights and specializing in the gases industries completely, Bagmati Commercial Pvt Ltd (BCPL) was found in August 2015 with the motto of Complete supplies of Welding Equipments, Tools & Tackles, Water Pumps, Safety Equipments, WASH construction materials and other specialized items under the tagline of “Bridging the Gaps … ” for complete ind us try building projects and construction projects.

Qualification and Requirement:

  • +2 (Intermediate) or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, trading, or hardware/construction materials preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Email).

Other Requirement: 

  • Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple departments.
  • Should have good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be presentable, polite, and customer-focused in dealing with dealers and clients.
  • Two-wheeler with valid license preferred for market visits.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, email communication, and Calls & messages communication.
  • Must be honest, punctual, and able to handle field and office coordination.
  • Should have strong follow-up and reporting discipline.
  • Willing to travel locally or nationally for market or dealer visits when required.
  • Prior experience in hardware, construction materials, or trading business will be an added advantage.
  • Must be a team player, capable of coordinating with warehouse, accounts, and management.

  • Handle dealer inquiries by sharing product details, preparing quotations, and following up on orders to maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Follow up on payments and outstanding collections with customers to ensure financial stability.
  • Perform regular market visits, dealer relationship management, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collect market feedback on pricing, competitors, and demand trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all sales and dispatch transactions to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing daily and weekly sales reports for management review, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
