We are looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
Address queries and resolve complaints, or escalate when needed
Maintain strong knowledge of products, offers, and store policies
Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
Support inventory checks and report stock issues
Process sales through the POS system accurately
Handle cash, card payments, and maintain billing accuracy
Participate in daily opening and closing store procedures
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
Maintain records and submit daily/weekly sales reports
Collect customer feedback to support business improvements
Follow company policies, safety, and hygiene standards
Ensure secure handling of products and store assets

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

High school graduate or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
Prior retail or sales experience is a plus
Fluent English communication skills (a second foreign language, such as Chinese or Japanese, is a bonus)
Familiar with POS systems and basic transaction handling
Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work flexible hours
Team player with organizational skills and attention to detail
Efficiency in using technology
Able to suggest new ideas and strategies for store improvement
