Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company-wide project sales targets and revenue goals. 
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and drive growth. 
  • Provide leadership and direction to the project sales team, setting clear objectives and performance metrics. 
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. 
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment to drive sales excellence.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. 
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of high-value sales contracts and agreements.
  • Address complex client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 
  • Collaborate with project management and delivery teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with project execution. 
  • Monitor project progress, address any challenges, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to assess team performance and sales effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to executive leadership. 
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall sales performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments. 
  • Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market presence and drive growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Generate regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies. 
  • Provide training and support to junior sales staff as needed. 
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales initiatives.
  • Coordination of tender reviews, deadlines and detailed bid terms and condition.
  • Coordinate with finance team for required financial tools (Guarantee/ LC) and processing it in bank.
  • Coordinating with other sales and marketing member and share the financial and technical offer as per customer/institutional need.
  • Execute orders and share the dispatch status to the clients.

Job Specifications:

  •  At least Bachelor's in Management. 
  • 4-5 Years of experience in relevant Field. 
  • Strong Analytical Skills & attention to details. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Package.
