About the job

Job Descriptions:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company-wide project sales targets and revenue goals.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and drive growth.
Provide leadership and direction to the project sales team, setting clear objectives and performance metrics.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment to drive sales excellence.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Oversee the negotiation and closing of high-value sales contracts and agreements.
Address complex client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with project management and delivery teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with project execution.
Monitor project progress, address any challenges, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and problem resolution.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to assess team performance and sales effectiveness.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to executive leadership.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall sales performance.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market presence and drive growth.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
Generate regular sales reports and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies.
Provide training and support to junior sales staff as needed.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales initiatives.
Coordination of tender reviews, deadlines and detailed bid terms and condition.
Coordinate with finance team for required financial tools (Guarantee/ LC) and processing it in bank.
Coordinating with other sales and marketing member and share the financial and technical offer as per customer/institutional need.
Execute orders and share the dispatch status to the clients.

Job Specifications:

At least Bachelor's in Management.
4-5 Years of experience in relevant Field.
Strong Analytical Skills & attention to details.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Package.
