  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations in Nepal.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using technology for sales presentations, data management, and client communication.
  • Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Job Description

  • Proactively identify and approach potential clients through various channels, including referrals, leads, networking events, and online platforms and brief about projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
  • Visit and approach to Financial institutions, corporate houses,NGO,INGO,Government offices,Hospitals,Professionals and promoting products for lead generation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, legal advisors, as well as local government bodies like ward offices,Malpot,Naapi to ensure smooth and timely procedure.
  • Regular Followup with clients to generate sales.
  • Establishing, promoting and maintaining company’s brand to generate business.
  • Assist clients with the necessary paperwork and documentation required for closing sales deal.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Sales Manager,Corporate Marketing Manager and MD.
