We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth. If you have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Kelme sportswear products to walk-in and potential clients
Assist customers in selecting suitable sportswear based on needs and preferences
Provide information on product features, pricing, and promotions
Maintain product displays, stock levels, and cleanliness of the store
Build long-term relationships with customers and sports teams
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Report sales and customer feedback to the supervisor

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than 1 year

Other Specification

Key Qualifications:

Minimum +2 (Intermediate level) Bachelor’s preferred
Prior experience in retail or sportswear sales (preferred)
Knowledge and interest in sports (football, futsal, fitness, etc.)
Passionate about activewear and sports culture

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
Outgoing personality with a customer-focused approach
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Basic computer skills (POS systems, Excel, etc.)
