Sales Person

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Indoor Salesperson to join our team and add value to our retail stores Kathmandu valley. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, showcasing products or services, and guiding customers through the sales process. Your ability to communicate effectively, understand customer needs, and close sales will be key to excelling in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Great customers as they enter the store and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Understand and communicate the features, benefits, and specifications of products or services to customers.
• Listen attentively to customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations or solutions.
• Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by addressing their questions and concerns.
• Demonstrate product functionality and usage to customers when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to increase the value of each sale.
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products, promotions, and pricing.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to provide relevant information to customers. 
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs.
