Salary: 60k-70k

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Operation Manager located in Kathmandu. As a Sales Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the sales team. Your main duties will include ensuring sales targets are met, developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and providing support and guidance to the sales team. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Job Description:

Submitting debtor aging report to Management on daily basis.
Preparing daily collection report
To verify physical stock of Godown on monthly basis or as and when required
Verifying all claims (damages, terminations and shortages etc.) of all companies.
To verify the incentives of DSE and distributors.
Visit to close accounts with distributors that are about to close.
Visit to Modern Trade regarding sales orders and payments.
Verifying the sales order before issuing the bill.
Coordinating with the team regarding new product launches including MT.
Process of blacklisting of bad debtors.
Coordinating with the team for Sales and Distribution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as a Sales Operation Manager or in a similar role
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Knowledge of sales principles and practices
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
