• To respond quickly and efficiently to all in –coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and email, preparing brochures as required
• Plan, organize, and execute marketing and sales programs
• To follow up all enquiries, preparing proposals where necessary
• To coordinate sales related details before and after sales service
• To understand various promotional activities of our product and services to new and existing clients through a pro-active approach
• To develop various sales strategies
• Have to be very confident about sales and marketing product
• Should be able to handle contract vendor management
• Track market and company sales performance
• Gather and report customer intelligence to sales teams
• Support all company initiatives, give actionable feedback, share best practices and serve as advocate and information source for company
• Attend trade shows and events to market product
