Job Description

To ensure smooth daily operations of the showroom floor, support customer service excellence, and help drive footfall, conversions, and after-sales satisfaction. This role bridges customer engagement and team coordination to achieve sales and service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and guide them through the purchase process.
  • Generate footfall and drive conversions through proactive follow-ups and lead management.
  • Provide ongoing guidance, mentoring, and motivation to sales staff on the showroom floor.
  • Support customer follow-up using CRM apps, maintain visit records, and analyze buying behavior.
  • Assist customers with exchange offers, financing options, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate and support corporate visits to generate B2B leads and explore partnership opportunities.
  • Remind and monitor sales staff for achieving daily footfall and sales targets.
  • Supervise daily showroom operations, ensuring clean displays, updated product information, and stock availability.
  • Monitor and assign PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and ensure timely vehicle/scooter delivery to customers.
  • Update and verify daily stock in/out data and coordinate with inventory control.
  • Prepare and send quotations, and promptly respond to emails, letters, and incoming calls.
  • Follow up with corporate credit clients for dues and help streamline collections.
  • Verify sales data and cross-check FMS entries and cash deposit reports from the team.
  • Organize monthly sales events, collect customer feedback, and suggest action plans for improvement.
  • Support implementation of the Sales Playbook and ensure consistency in sales and service processes.
