We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to join our team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and helping customers find the perfect furniture solutions for their needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Drive sales by identifying customer needs, promoting furniture products, and closing sales effectively.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by guiding customers through product choices, explaining product features, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of furniture products, trends, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
Showroom Presentation: Ensure the showroom is always clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to attract customers.
Lead Management: Follow up on potential leads, manage customer inquiries, and track sales opportunities.
Inventory Management: Assist in stock management, ensure products are available, and coordinate with the team to maintain accurate inventory records.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Sales Reporting: Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, providing regular reports to the management team.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail or furniture industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on relationship-building.
Basic computer skills and experience with sales software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in furniture or home decor sales.
Knowledge of current furniture trends and design aesthetics.
