Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to join our team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and helping customers find the perfect furniture solutions for their needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Drive sales by identifying customer needs, promoting furniture products, and closing sales effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by guiding customers through product choices, explaining product features, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of furniture products, trends, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  • Showroom Presentation: Ensure the showroom is always clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to attract customers.
  • Lead Management: Follow up on potential leads, manage customer inquiries, and track sales opportunities.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in stock management, ensure products are available, and coordinate with the team to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Sales Reporting: Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, providing regular reports to the management team.
