Brand & Beyond Advertising is currently seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join our team. As a mid-level sales professional, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our advertising agency.

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Present and promote company products/services to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in post-sales support and customer service.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales performance.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to expand business reach.

Note: Extra incentives will be offered according to the target.

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 year of experience in sales preferably on related field.
