Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Identify and develop sales opportunities in the assigned area.
Visit a minimum of 10 on-trade outlets daily to secure orders and build relationships.
Maintain the Minimum Balance Quantity (MBQ) of products in each outlet.
Build and maintain strong, healthy relationships with outlet owners and waiter/ server staffs to promote exciting offers and ensure loyalty.
Act as the Outlet In-Charge for selected outlets, managing spot selling and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the manager.
Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, visit multiple locations daily, and meet deadlines.
A proactive and energetic attitude with a focus on achieving targets and maintaining strong relationships.
Bike and valid two-wheeler license are mandatory.

Benefits:

Total Salary: 38,820 per Month (Basic: 22,000, Daily Allowance: 250/Day: 6,500, Travel Allowance: 2 Litres/Day: 8,320, Phone: 1,000/Month: 1,000, Maintenance: 1,000/Month: 1,000).
Competitive salary based on experience and performance.
Allowances and incentives for achieving sales targets.
