Infrasoft is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, as well as managing existing client relationships.

Job Descriptions:

• Identify, research, and approach potential clients and channel sales partners.
• Plan and execute all sales-related activities to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Make regular visits to potential clients, understand their requirements, and demonstrate the company's product/service features.
• Collaborate closely with the technical team to develop compelling business proposals and support sales activities.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and partners, both within and outside the Kathmandu Valley.
• Initiate business development communications with potential international and national suppliers.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, preferably with a specialization in Sales & Marketing.
• 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali.
• Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.
• Effective negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure services.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and nurture relationships.
• Willingness to travel outside the Kathmandu Valley.
