Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share.
Identify and establish contact with potential customers, including individual consumers and businesses.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and keep up-to-date with industry trends.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager on a regular basis.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the auto parts industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of auto parts and the automotive industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Benefits:

CIT 10% by organization
Sales Incentive- 1% of Collection amount
Bike provided by organization

Working Area:

Outside Valley - Naubise to Mahendranagar and Pokhara area (Can reside at any feasible location, but need to visit Kathmandu office for about 2 -3 days a month for reporting)
