Executive Search of Merojob is recruiting on behalf of a prominent IT Company. We seek a dynamic candidate for this position. The candidate will drive sales and revenue growth of the company's HR software solutions through effective pitching and presentation.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Identify and approach potential clients in the HR sector, including corporations, SMEs, and startups.
Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their HR software requirements.
Create and deliver compelling presentations and pitch decks that effectively communicate the benefits and features of the HR software solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and marketing materials.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
Conversion Rate: Measure the percentage of leads converted into paying customers.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with a focus on timely follow-ups and deal closures.
Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and improve customer satisfaction scores through feedback and relationship management.

Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client acquisition.
Market Penetration: Expand the company's market share in the HR software industry.
Presentation Excellence: Deliver high-quality presentations and pitch decks that resonate with target audiences.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product development and marketing efforts.
