Better Home Appliances is looking for a mid-level Sales Officer who will be responsible to oversee the sales and marketing of our products at Jhapa, Birtamode.

The following are the major responsibilities of the candidate:

• Conduct D2D sales to potential customers to represent and sell company products.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Achieve provided sales targets.
• Gather customer information and feedback to assist in improving sales and marketing strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

The candidate must fulfil the following requirements for the role:

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license.
• Atleast 2-3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the home appliance industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
