Overview

The Sales Officer plays a critical role in driving the revenue growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position is essential for expanding the company's customer base and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and develop new business relationships
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship
  • Achievement of given sales target.
  • Supervision of Jr. Sales officer/ supervisor/ DS. Route planning of subordinates. 
  • Use and check out FIFO system of all distributer godown. 
  • Visit all distributers and whole sellers.
  • Claim settlement. 
  • Transfer of non-sales goods
  • Meet and exceed KPIs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Officer, Sales Representative, or similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Should be able to use Laptop and proficient in Microsoft Office Skills to produce Reports
  • Must have knowledge of sales Apps DNMS. 
  • The candidate must have a two-wheeler license and vehicle
