Job Description

  • Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing land/property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
  • Develop networks
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
  • Maintain/Record keeping in googlesheet for follow-up and future pitching
  • Closing sales deals with clients in the field as well as office
  • Scheduling for client site visits and allocating site staffs
  • Costing of projects based on market feedback and information
  • Report on sales performance and suggest improvement
