Job Description

Reports To: Seller Manager

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a face-to-face environment, understanding their needs, and providing product information.
  • Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handling cash or other forms of payment.
  • Product Knowledge: Have a comprehensive understanding of the products or services being sold to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  • Assistance and Support: Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and resolving any concerns or issues they may have.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking shelves, and ensuring products are properly displayed.
  • Promotions and Upselling: Implement sales promotions, discounts, and upselling techniques to maximize revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Visual Merchandising: Participate in arranging and organizing merchandise to create an appealing and customer-friendly store layout.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory levels to management.
  • Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
