Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Officers. The ideal candidate should have strong relationship-building skills, market knowledge, and the ability to promote and generate sales within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach prospective dealers, retailers, contractors, and project sites for sales generation.
Promote and sell the company’s products in the assigned region.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets as assigned.
Collect orders, follow up on payments, and coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team for timely deliveries.
Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and promotional events in coordination with the marketing team.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the reporting manager.
Ensure brand visibility through proper in-shop branding and point-of-sale materials.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Education & Experience:

Minimum +2 completed; Bachelor’s degree preferred
At least 2 years of experience in sales
Experience in Cement, Steel, Paint, or related industries will be highly preferred

Note: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
