Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) sector and the Imported Beverage Industry, with strong networking skills and the ability to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients, distributors, and retailers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence for imported beverages.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and timely delivery.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
Represent Evo Beverages at promotional events, tastings, and trade shows.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Minimum 4 years of experience in the HORECA and Imported Beverage Industry.
Strong knowledge of beverage sales, distribution channels, and customer engagement.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driving license and ownership of at least a two-wheeler for field visits.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
