We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Officer to join our growing HVAC business team. Fresh graduates and final-year students are welcome, as the role also includes training and mentorship to develop skills in HVAC sales and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Daikin HVAC products and solutions
Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and assist in proposal preparation
Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth execution
Perform market research and support lead generation
Support sales learning activities for freshers, including exposure to HVAC systems and customer handling
Ensure client satisfaction through timely communication and follow-ups
Achieve individual and team sales targets

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; fresh graduates or final-year students in Engineering or Management can apply
Experience:

o Experienced candidates: Minimum 2 years in HVAC or related sales
o Freshers: Will receive training and mentorship to develop skills

Basic knowledge of HVAC systems (VRV/VRF, Chillers, Split & Commercial ACs) is a plus
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage client interactions, site visits, and coordinate with project teams
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
