Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Visit only wholesale outlets as per assigned route plan.
Generate sales and achieve volume-based targets.
Take primary and secondary orders from wholesalers.
Ensure product availability and proper stock rotation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers.
Follow up on orders, dispatch, and payment status.
Monitor market stock, competitor activity, and pricing.
Submit daily sales and order reports to ASM.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience in FMCG wholesale sales preferred.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to drive volume sales and meet targets.

Note:

Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
Working Area: Kathmandu
Fresher are highly encouraged to apply.
