We are a fast-growing mortgage and finance company seeking a top-performing Sales Officer. This role is ideal for candidates who are highly competitive, self-disciplined, and motivated to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

Call and convert online and offline leads into qualified prospects
Set appointments for Brokers and Directors
Drive deals forward and effectively overcome objections
Manage CRM and report directly to the CEO
Understand and explain home loan basics and lending processes to clients

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field preferred
Certifications in mortgage, banking, or sales are a plus

Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in mortgage or finance
