Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for energetic and confident individuals to join our sales team as Sales Trainees. This is an exciting opportunity to learn about the fast-growing electric vehicle (EV) market while building practical sales and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Marketing

Conduct door-to-door marketing and awareness campaigns in nearby areas.
Visit potential customers, offices, and communities to introduce Omoda & Jaecoo vehicles.
Distribute brochures, collect leads, and encourage test drive bookings.
Represent the brand positively and professionally in every interaction.

2. Customer Engagement & Follow-Up

Assist the sales team in handling showroom visitors and providing basic product information.
Collect and record customer contact details for follow-up.
Support the sales team in calling and messaging potential leads.

3. Event & Activation Support

Help organize and participate in outdoor activations, roadshows, and test drive events.
Support digital and social media promotions if required.

4. Learning & Development

Attend regular training sessions on product knowledge, communication, and sales techniques.
Learn about EV technology, Omoda & Jaecoo product range, and customer handling skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Monthly Stipend during probation period.
Incentives based on leads generated and sales conversion.
Sales and product training provided.

Selected candidates will go through hands-on training and field activities to promote Omoda & Jaecoo vehicles, interact with customers, and generate leads around our showroom area.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

+2 or Bachelor’s running (any field).
Must have own 2-wheeler + license.
No prior experience required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, confident, and willing to go on field visits.
Preferred: Passionate about cars, EVs, and customer service.

Employment Type:

Probation Period: 3 Months (Performance-Based Evaluation)
Top performers will be offered permanent roles after probation.
