Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new distributors and wholesalers, securing dealership agreements for LESSO products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with importers, retailers, construction projects, and industry professionals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Pitch LESSO products, educate potential partners on our quality and advantages, and close bulk sales deals.
  • Collect market feedback, report on competitor activity, and support the development future strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and resources.
Requirements
  • Prior Sales Experience preferably in related field.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or equivalent (preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to maintain records.
