Job Description

Position: Sales Officer

Reporting to: Manager

Department: Sales Department

No of Openings: 2

Role Purpose: 

Identifying potential clients, promoting our software solutions, and providing excellent customer service to our cooperative house clients. Responsible for the groundwork to acquire customers and support clients throughout the sales process. Contributing to the achievement of sales targets, expanding our client base, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of Sales demonstrations.
  • Identifying potential clients and generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Conduct research to identify prospects' needs and requirements, and initiate contact to introduce our software solutions and services.
  • Respond to sales inquiries, provide product information, and address client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner to build rapport and trust.
  • Preparing and giving sales presentations and solution to clients, both new and old.
  • Researching the market trend, competitor’s offerings, costs, and commercial success of competitors to ascertain consumer preferences.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations, and maintaining sales documentation and records.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to nurture leads, schedule meetings, and facilitate product demonstrations or trials to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, understand their needs and
  • preferences, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our software solutions.
  • Creating creative sales methods to meet sales targets.
  • Liaising with Sales Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments, and provide feedback to the sales team to refine sales strategies and approaches.
  • Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track sales performance, identify trends, and measure progress against sales targets.
  • Collaborating with other departments to improve sales processes

Reporting:

  • Regular updates and reports of the projects and tasks to the concerned authority.
  • Prepare reports of all the tasks performed (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly) and submit them to the Top Management when required.
  • Collect reports and work logs for team members (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly) and submit them to the Top Management when required.

Note: Preference will be given to those who have prior experience in a Fintech Industry
