• 1–3 years of proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in FMCG, eco-friendly products, packaging, or related industries.
• Experience dealing with B2B clients (retailers, wholesalers, hospitality industry) and B2C customers.
• Field sales and customer engagement experience preferred.

Core Skills & Competencies:

• Sales Acumen: Strong ability to identify potential clients, pitch products, and close deals effectively.
• Marketing Expertise: Practical knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing, including content creation, campaign execution, and promotional strategies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in both Nepali and English. Ability to present ideas clearly and professionally to diverse stakeholders.
• Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, distributors, and partners.
• Market Analysis: Ability to gather and interpret market intelligence and consumer insights to support business decisions.
• Technology Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media tools, digital ad platforms, Canva or basic design tools. Experience using CRM or lead-tracking systems is a plus.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluency in Nepali and English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of other local languages/dialects is a plus, especially for field-based roles.
