Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential B2B and B2C clients.
Promote and sell eco-friendly tableware products.
Visit clients for meetings, product demos, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online/offline).
Maintain sales records and report regularly.
Attend trade shows, events, and exhibitions.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Educate clients on product benefits and sustainability.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Required Age:More than 25 years

Other Specification

1–3 years of proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in FMCG, eco-friendly products, packaging, or related industries.
Experience dealing with B2B clients (retailers, wholesalers, hospitality industry) and B2C customers.
Field sales and customer engagement experience preferred.

Core Skills & Competencies:

Sales Acumen: Strong ability to identify potential clients, pitch products, and close deals effectively.
Marketing Expertise: Practical knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing, including content creation, campaign execution, and promotional strategies.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in both Nepali and English. Ability to present ideas clearly and professionally to diverse stakeholders.
Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, distributors, and partners.
Market Analysis: Ability to gather and interpret market intelligence and consumer insights to support business decisions.
Technology Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media tools, digital ad platforms, Canva or basic design tools. Experience using CRM or lead-tracking systems is a plus.

Language Proficiency:

Fluency in Nepali and English (spoken and written).
Knowledge of other local languages/dialects is a plus, especially for field-based roles.

Adaptable and open to learning.
Ethical, responsible, and environmentally aware.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in teams as well as independently.

Other Requirements:

Must be willing to travel frequently for client visits, product demos, trade fairs, and promotional events across Nepal.
Strong understanding or genuine interest in environmental sustainability and plastic alternatives.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred for field sales roles).
