Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business growth initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, driving brand awareness, and expanding market share. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
  • Expand retail, wholesale, and modern trade distribution.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and team KPIs.

B. Marketing & Brand Development

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns (online/offline).
  • Oversee product launches, promotions, and branding activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.

C. Distribution Management

  • Manage supply chain coordination with logistics and warehouse teams.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors and retailers.

D. Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and lead the sales and marketing team.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

E. Client Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Handle major sales accounts and ensure client satisfaction.

F. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and market activities.
  • Analyze sales data to forecast trends and make informed decisions.
