Himmalagari Travel and Tours is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to lead our B2B (Business-to-Business) sales efforts. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and foster strong relationships with B2B clients in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B travel market, including travel agencies, corporate clients, and other business partners.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including prospecting, lead generation, and conversion tactics.
Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeted at B2B clients, utilizing various channels such as email marketing, social media, and industry events.
Product Promotion: Promote Himmalagari Travel and Tours' products and services to B2B clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Negotiation and Contracts: Negotiate contracts and agreements with B2B clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the B2B sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales objectives.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the B2B travel sector.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's Degree preferred.
At least 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make strategic decisions.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
