Saathimart’s retail offline outlets are operated under 3 business model; Franchise owned and Franchise operated model (FOFO), franchise owned and company operated (FOCO) and company owned and company operated (COCO) and is the first o2o commerce of Nepal. Customers can order groceries online via our website www.saathimart.com and mobile application (Saathimart). Saathimart aims to delivery goods to consumer doorsteps within 12 hours of order confirmation all over nepal.

The journey started 11 years ago in 2009 from a manufacturing company. After gaining experience for more than 10 years in distributorship, retail and wholesale market in Nepal, we came up with an idea of Saathimart; a retail and online business idea. The company that would enable small as well big entrepreneurs to extend their scope by offering an online platform, enabling young and experienced entrepreneurs through affiliate marketing to earn in Nepal.

Job Description

  • Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
  • Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
  • Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
  • Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
  • Track performance of all marketing campaigns
  • Deliver Saathimart's retail strategy, providing the necessary support to enhance the customer experience, improve the brand awareness drive store visits to all channels
  • Design & execute the campaigns to drive footfalls to the store
  • Local Store Marketing
  • In-store Marketing
  • Customer Audits and Public Relations
  • Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
  • Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs
  • Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
  • Planning Digital marketing campaigns including search engine marketing(SEM)
  • Social Media, and display advertising( Google AdWords)
  • Manage the day-to-day operational channel responsibilities for Facebook,
  • Google and ensure data visibility in the form of reporting to the performance manager & regional team
  • Measure and report performance of all the digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals( ROI and KPI)
  • Research and analyze the competitor advertisement, manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs & reconcile discrepancies
  • Collaborate on other related projects as needed, identify trends and insight, and optimize spending and performance based on insights
